Key Collection and Deposit
Keys must be collected from 1 Calle Zaragoza, at the corner with Calle Teruel. At this time you will be allocated to one of the property’s buildings, either the Señorio de Oropesa or the Mar de Oropesa (both of the same category).

The balance of the booking fee is payable at check in.

A breakage deposit of EUR 200 per apartment is payable at check in. This deposit is refunded at check out once the condition of the apartment has been checked.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: No internet access available.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
