By Car:
- While on the N2 from the airport, travel 13 km and take the Seadoone Road exit ramp (exit 137).
- Turn right at the robot (traffic lights) and travel for 1 km past Seadoone Mall.
- Turn right into Gardiner Road and continue for 314 metres.
- Turn left into School Road and continue for 50 metres.
- Turn right into Viden Road and continue for 245 metres.
- Turn left into Sherwood Crescent and continue for 247 metres to Avalon Guest House, 16 Sherwood Crescent on your right-hand side.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 12 years are welcome.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.
