The Cape Malay Restaurant is the brainchild of Liz McGrath who, in 1996, decided to showcase the Cape's unique cuisine to both local and international visitors. This local cuisine restaurant is a unique dining experience in authentic Cape Malay food and exciting choice of traditional taste treats awaits you. Spicy, rustic colours create a pleasant Eastern ambience. Cape Malay cooking is unique to the Western Cape. The Cape Malay Restaurant is open from Tuesdays to Saturdays.

The Martini bar is chic and intimate, perfect for that pre- or post-dinner drink. You will find a vast choice of mature French cognacs, aged Scottish malts, cane spirits, grappa and rums, alongside ports, liqueurs and cocktails. The wine list offers some of South Africa's finest wines.

At night, this space is transformed into a sophisticated place to be seen, where you can sample our signature drink, the Martini. There are 152 varieties of Martini on the menu, making this one of the world’s longest Martini lists.

- Travel on the N2 motorway towards Cape Town and take the turn-off to Muizenberg, M3, to the left.
- Continue along the M3 (Edinburgh Drive) past the suburbs of Claremont, Bishop's Court and Wynberg. Take exit 14 off the M3.
- Turn left at the intersection, travelling under the bridge.
- At the 2nd set of traffic lights, turn right into Brommersvlei Road.
- The entrance to the hotel will be on the left, 2.5 km down Brommersvlei Road.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 12 years are welcome.
All children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
