Please note that rooms are only kept until 18:00 on the day of arrival.

Bookings cancelled up to 30 days after confirmation are subject to an additional service charge.

Extra charges apply for check-ins before 14:00, after 21:00 on weekdays and 16:00 on weekends. There is also a late fee for arrivals later than 00:00.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of ZAR 500.00 will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 14 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
1.00 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs ZAR 50.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
