Cost includes:

• Accommodation.
• Beds made up for arrival.
• Bathroom linen in the apartment.
• Cleaning (except kitchen area and washing up) and change of the bedlinen and of the household linen every 7th day.

In addition to all these services, a daily cleaning is included in the room rate for short stays (less than 4 nights).

In addition to the listed amenities, all the apartments feature a fully-equipped kitchen (crockery, ceramic hobs, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and electric coffee maker), a bathroom with a towel warmer as well as a flat screen TV with international channels.

A direct phone, a safety deposit box and a broadband Internet access are available at an additional cost.

A baby kit (cot, high chair) is available on request according to availability.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
