The hotel offers a wide range of different types of breakfast, with an exquisite selection of quality products for all tastes. The third generation of the Rogelio Pascual family, together with the young team of kitchen staff under the supervision of the chef Santiago Rotaeche, now manage these very modern facilities with state of the art techniques that make it possible to offer the best cuisine. The centre of Calatayud is located 1 km from the hotel. It is a monumental city with numerous tourist sites, such as San Juan el Rea church that includes works by the famous painter Francisco de Goya and also, San Andrés, the Mudejar style tower it’s collegiate. It is located in a beautiful landscape, declared a region of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Piedra monastery is only 25 km from here. The hotel has also established a deal with the Augusta Golf Club, located 3 km away in the upper part of the city and easily accessible.
