The Edersee lake is located between Kassel and Marburg, and is easy to reach from all directions.

From the Rhineland, take the Zierenberg exit on the A44 motorway between Dortmund and Kassel.

Coming from the north or south, take the motorway between Frankfurt and Hanover.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 10 to 16 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Internet via modem is available in public areas and is free of charge.
