   Ideally located just a few minutes from the seaside village of Waterville, this delightful new property offers a real home-from-home accommodation, with sea and mountain views. Overlooking Atlantic Ocean and beautiful countryside, the hotel presents itself as the ideal base from which to enjoy a range of local activities, including golf, fishing, horse-riding, scenic drives, walking routes and beaches. Skellig Islands and Lough Currane are also within easy reach of the house. With a bright and airy entrance hall and spacious en suite rooms, the house offers the perfect place to relax. We offer the house for 7 night stays, Saturday to Saturday. Photos:

Waterville is known as the jewel in the kingdom of Kerry, as it has a wealth of natural beauty, with magnificent mountains, beaches, lakes, and rivers. It has attracted many famous celebrities over the years, including Charlie Chaplin, Tiger Woods and Payne Stewert. Half way around the famous Ring of Kerry, Pax House is centrally located to the myriad of activities that Waterville has to offer. Local activities include: 2 golf courses (renowned Waterville links and the newly-opened Skellig Bay); horse riding; cycling; bike hire nearby; walking routes; caneoing; sailing; diving; and fishing (lake, river and sea) - Lough Currane is famous for salmon and trout fishing. Local historical sites include Derrynane House and National Park, home to Daniel O'Connell the Liberator; Staigue Fort; Cill Rialig; and the world iconic Skellig Islands. For the ornithologist, this is a haven as there is a variety of birds. Many of the best gourmet restaurants, and traditional pubs with live music are found here. Assistance with planning your day can be arranged.
