Drive along route B243 until you reach the sign for Bad Sachsa. Turn left at the 1st turn-off after Bad Sachsa. Continue past the Tettenborn turn-off (on the left) and then drive towards Braunlage, Walkenried, and Bad Sachsa. Continue straight until you reach the 1st traffic light, then turn left for the spa centre (Kurzentrum) and skiing area (Skigebiet). Drive straight towards the church, then turn right in the direction of the spa centre (Kurzentrum) and skiing area (Skigebiet). At the next roundabout, turn right into the 3rd turn-off (Bismarckstraße), then continue straight ahead. Look for the lake on the right-hand side and the Romantischer Winkel hotel on the left-hand side. The next street on the left is the Roonstraße. Turn into the Roonstraße and continue upwards. You will find the hotel parking lot on the left-hand side.
