Wilderness is a tranquil haven for nature enthusiasts. It is also the ideal destination for golfers, honeymooners and adventurers. The long beaches embrace the mouths of the Touw and Kaaimans rivers, and are backed by northward cliffs over which the fringe of the forest reaches down to sea level. Wilderness is also an ideal base for exploring the Garden Route and Little Karoo. For sports enthusiasts, there are many excellent golf courses.

By Car:
- On the N2 from Cape Town, pass the Caltex Garage on the left a few metres before bridge.
- Turn left into Sands Road. We are situated at number 79.

- From Knysna, pass Sedgefield on your way to the Wilderness.
- Go over the bridge and the first road to the left is Sands Road. We are situated at number 79.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged ZAR 75.00 per night and person for cots.
All children under 12 years are charged ZAR 75.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
1.00 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Internet via TV is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
