By Car (from Cape Town International Airport):
- Follow the N2 from Cape Town through to George.
- You will drive through the Kaaimans Pass and on the other side you will see the Wilderness Beach, with the village on the left.
- Keeping straight, drive for about 3.7 km from Caltex Garage at Wilderness village on the left of the freeway, to Caltex Garage Waves on the right.
- Take the Wilderness Beach hotel turn-off. You can now follow the Bay Tree House signs. It is the large house with a grey roof on the left.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years is charged ZAR 250.00 per night in a baby cot.
One child from 2 to 6 years is charged ZAR 250.00 per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable.
Service charge is included.
1.00 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
