The apartments are of one or 2 bedrooms, lounge with a sofa bed, independent kitchen or that is incorporated into the main room, with all kitchenware included, a bathroom and terrace.

The studios are smaller, consisting of one space and can sleep up to two people.

One cleaning service, towel and bed linen change is included for stays of more than 7 nights.

Islantilla is a tourist centre that offers a host of options for lovers of sport and relaxation. There is a 27-hole golf course here, as well as another near Isla Canela boasting 18 holes.

This natural setting is ideal for trekking, along the beach or through the marshes.

Other interesting tourist spots include Doñana National Park and the Sierra de Aracena Mountains, a region that boasts famous Iberian products.

Apartments can only be entered between 17:00 and 20:00. If you are to arrive outside of these hours, please consult with the apartment administration.

Apartments must be left by 10:00.

Upon entrance to the apartments a deposit of EUR 100 is required.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 5 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.00 per night and person for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
