Several choice destinations are within easy reach of the hotel. You can easily visit the world-famous city of Salzburg, the spa town of Bad Reichenhall, the towns of Königsee and Reith as well as the Chiemsee lake.

Our hotel is also a paradise for those seeking to explore a series of nearby ‘Alms’ (mountain pastures), starting directly from the hotel. The Kohleralm is a 2-hour hike (with the Sonntagshorn mountain on the left), the Höllenbachalm is an easier walking trail. You can also try the Pichleralm, Reiteralm or Kaitalm. There are licensed eateries on each of the ‘Alms’ where you can treat yourself to snacks and drinks.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 14.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
