Starting Tuesday, October 28th, we will start our remodel project for the fitness center. The scope of this project will include remodeling the locker rooms, rebuilding the stairs leading into the pool area, and moving the wall that separates the fitness center and the locker rooms. From time to time access to the pool area will be limited or restricted. During the times that our pool is closed Beaver Village Condominiums has agreed to allow our guests to use their swimming pool and hot tub. Similar to this summer, our guests will need to take an Iron Horse Resort business card to present to the front desk at Beaver Village. They will also need to take their own towels that they may pick-up from our front desk.
This project is expected to last through December 20th.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 100.00 will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first two nights will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 8.9 % Tax is not included.
5.1 % service charge per room per night is not included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
