Life on 3rd is in close proximity to the famous 7th Street, where you can visit numerous restaurants, galleries and shops. Make the best of the vibrant night life or opt for a night in. Also nearby are the Melville Koppies Nature Reserve, Parkview Golf Course and the University of Johannesburg.

By car:

- Arriving at OR Tambo International Airport, take the R24.
- At the Gilloolys interchange, follow the N12 (Germiston Road) until it
becomes the N3 Eastern Bypass.
- Continue on the N3 South and keep left when you reach the
Geldenhuis interchange (Germiston/Durban/Johannesburg).
- Take the JHB road onto the M2 West (Rooderpoort).
- Continue passing the city and keep to the left.
- Take the M1 Pretoria off-ramp, changing onto the M1 North.
- Follow the M1 until the Empire Road turn-off.
- Continue on Empire Road, staying on the middle lane in the process.
- Continue past the Holiday Inn on your left-hand side and cross the
intersection onto Stanley Road.
- At the T-junction, turn right onto Kingsway.
- Continue past Media 24 and until you reach an intersection with traffic
lights (Campus Square to your right).
- Turn right onto Main Road and continue past The Boulevard Shopping
Centre to your left.
- The third road to your left is 8th Avenue.
- Turn right onto 8th Avenue.
- 3rd Road is the first road to cross 8th Avenue.

Please inform staff if your arrival time is outside normal check-in times.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 35 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 25 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 6 years are welcome.
All children from 6 to 12 years are charged ZAR 170.00 per night when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).
