Giulianova is an ideal seaside town surrounded by green, hilly countryside. The town has good sports facilities and characteristic local festivals and nearby there are several areas of natural beauty, such as the National Parks of Abruzzo, Majella and Gran Sasso, with unspoilt scenery and plenty of scope for walks, excursions and winter sports.
