The hotel can arrange special events such as weddings, birthdays and other occasions and celebrations upon request.

It is possible to have your registry office wedding in the romantic boathouse or a church wedding in the Hörnerkichen church (3 km away). The historic church was built in 1752 and features a special belfry from 1781. The very rare octagonal architectural style offers you and your guests a special atmosphere for your wedding.

The hotel houses 24 rooms with 48 beds. All rooms have an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, TV, radio, telephone and fax access, as well as access to an analogue modem. Many of the rooms feature a balcony or patio. Non-smoking rooms are available.

The facilites include a sauna, solarium and an indoor pool with deckchairs and towels. Free parking is available in front of the hotel, along with garages for rent, and bicycles and rowing boats upon request.

On the A23 motorway, take exit 13 at Horst/Elmshorn, follow signs towards Wrist (8 km away) and then head for Bokel.

Alternatively from the A7 motorway, take exit 17 at Bad Bramstedt, head for Itzehoe, and then go via Wrist to Bokel.

The nearest train stations are Wrist (8 km), Itzehoe (13 km) or Elmshorn (16 km).
