All of the stylish and contemporary apartments have been individually designed. Each apartment consists of a living and dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. The 2-bedroom apartments have 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

All of the bright, spacious apartments are beautifully appointed and well equipped, with all the modern comforts and facilities you need in a restful, relaxing base. Whether you are exploring the region as a tourist, visiting the area on business or attending a conference, the comfortable, peaceful apartments provide a relaxing haven. Each apartment has a TV with Freeview digital channels, a generous hospitality tray, sumptuous bedding and soft towels. The kitchens have a comprehensive range of kitchenware, crockery and glassware. All of the kitchen appliances are fully integrated, including oven, hob, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer.

By Car:
- Head towards Sunderland via the A1 or A19 and follow the signs towards Sunderland’s city centre.
- Follow the signs for Sunderland Museum and Winter Gardens.
- The Mowbray Apartments are located right next to the Sunderland Museum and Winter Gardens.

Check-In Information:
Please note that Hackett Property, who operate the apartments, are not located on site at the Mowbray Apartments. Keys are to be collected from their office, which is 2 minutes’ walk from the apartments at Hackett Property, Lynas House, Athenaeum Street, Sunderland, SR1 1NA.

Any key collections after 18:00, Monday to Friday; after 16:00 on Saturdays; and at any time on Sundays , must be arranged in advance. The management’s out-of-hours service will then make arrangements to meet guests at the desired time.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
