Smoking is only permitted on the terrace, in the park and by the swimming pool.
Only dogs are accepted in the hotel but they are not allowed in the suites.
The staff speak French, English and Norwegian.

Cancellation Policy: Please note, if cancelled, a fixed amount of EUR 50.00 will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
