There are 6 apartments in total that have been classified with a 3-key rating. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms (one double and either one single or one twin), a bathroom and a kitchen with a washing machine. Sheets and towels are provided, which are changed for stays of 4 nights and over.

Villaviciosa is a town with good road access. There area number of things to do and see in the region, such as a visit to the cities of Gijón, Oviedo and Avilés, or smaller towns and villages Tazones and Lastres, most of which can be reached in 30 minutes, and not forgetting the lovely coastline and beaches. A little further afield and you can visit the stunning Picos de Europa and Covadonga.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Up to two further older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
