A natural environment of extreme pureness, the hotel displays a beautiful combination of wide glasses and cedar wood in its façade. It has 2 different buildings connected by a walkway, with direct access to Termas de Tiberio. The main building has 5 floors, a bar, show cooking restaurant and Brasserie.

There are 3 restaurants to chose from at Panticosa Resort. All offer modern cuisine and use only the finest fresh ingredients.

Restaurante del Lago (The Lakeside Restaurant):
With a capacity of 85 diners, it is divided into 2 areas: the main dining area is surrounded by large windows that allows you to enjoy the light and the countryside; the second part is a continuation of the first and has glass walls with beautiful views of the lake.

The cuisine is above all creative, original, full of flavours and aromas and is guaranteed to be of the highest quality in both elaboration and presentation.

The wine list is carefully selected, and contains a balance between the most prestigious international wines and the most well known Spanish wines. New additions are being made all the time.

Restaurant el Mirador (The Viewing Point):
The El Mirador restaurant is situated on the first floor of the Casino building. It has marvellous views of the mountains. The decoration is modern and minimalist while there is a warm and cosy atmosphere.

The à la carte menu contains products in season and traditional dishes.

It has a carefully selected wine list with more than 40 choices, offering a perfect combination to accompany any dish

Casino Restaurant:
This restaurant is situated within the casino area and looks on to the games room, which diners can access for free.

On the menu you will find a range of delicious choices from local, national and international sources, in a fusion of classical and modern recipes from other lands.

The wine list offers a variety of Spanish and foreign choices.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
