Breakfast is served from 07:00 every day. Lunchtime meals and snacks are available from midday until 14:30. Evening meals are served from 19:00 until 20:30 Monday to Saturday. Sunday lunch is served from midday until 16:00. No evening meals are available on Sundays.

Clearwell Caves is only 5.7 km and provides a fantastic caving experience. Just 9.3 km away is DBC Leisure which provides clay shooting and archery. The Royal Forest of Dean Angling Club is 4.6 km away. The club has the fishing rights to 7 ponds and lakes in the forest. The ponds are well looked after and the fishing can, at times, be even better than on the river. The Forest of Dean’s scenery gives added pleasure to fishing at Meadowcliffe Pool, Lightmoor, Marion's Pool, Steam Mills Lake and other surrounding locations.

Walk with llamas and camels in the beautiful Forest of Dean at Severn Wye Llama Trekking. Severnvale Equestrian Centre is 21.6 km away and is set in 60 acres of beautiful countryside. This approved riding centre offers friendly, experienced and thoughtful instruction to complete beginners and experienced riders alike.

Forest Combat Paintballing, Go Ape!, Motiva Ropes Course, Wye Pursuits, Monmouth Canoe & Activity Centre and Yeehaa Outdoors Ltd provide opportunities for outdoor activities and adventure.
