We are located in the heart of St. Annes, occupying a marvellous position overlooking the lovely Ashton Gardens, only a short stroll from local amenities including the shopping centre, cafes, bars, the beach and pier. It is a 5 minute drive to Lytham and Blackpool.
By Car From the M55: - Drive to the end of the M55, then follow signs for Squires Gate and Blackpool Airport (A5230). - Pass the airport and continue to the very end of Squires Gate Lane. - At the traffic lights at the bottom of the railway bridge, turn left towards St.Annes. - Pass through one set of traffic lights and you'll find the hotel on your right, about half a mile down. From Preston: - Take the A584 to Lytham St.Annes and continue to St.Annes. - Turn right at the pier and then left on to Clifton Drive North. By Train: Leave the train at St.Annes on Sea (not Lytham). Turn right out of the train station and then take the first road on the left (St.Georges Road). Follow to the end and turn right - the hotel is across the road, approximately a 5 minute walk.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free public parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
