Winter is a time for skiing madness on well prepared slopes. The qualified personnel of Silveretta shops and rental services will offer professional advice and help you select the right equipment, and our repair shops will take utmost care in preparing your gear for skiing or snowboarding. Our entertainment offer includes paragliding, quad bikes and off-road vehicles. For guests of the hotel we offer a 20% discount in all Silveretta restaurants, ski services and rentals and the Gospoda Polska. Szczyrk is situated in the Beskid Śląski mountains of southern Poland, in the valley of the Żylica River. The town is a popular winter sports centre, with over 60 km of ski routes served by 30 ski lifts. The principal training centre for Poland's Winter Olympic athletes is based in the town, where they train for events such as skiing, ski jumping and ice skating. The 2 mountain ranges that surround the valley are topped by the peaks of Skrzyczne (1,257 metres) and Klimczok (1,117 metres), both of significant interest to tourists.
