Published rates are based on stays of 7 nights, for a shorter stay you must pay a supplement of EUR 62 if the booking is made between June and September and EUR 50 the rest of the year.
When you enter the apartments you must pay a deposit of EUR 150 to cover any possible damages during your stay. The deposit is returnable upon your departure, once the condition of the apartments has been checked and everything is in order.

The keys of the apartment must be collected at the office located at the Folies Vacances avenue Atmella Mar 20, Local 7.
If you arrive outside our office hours, the keys will be handed out at the reception of a hotel near Folies Vacances.

To collect the keys the full amount of rent and the security deposit have to be paid in advance.

The hotel does not accept American Express as method of payment.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.50 per night and person for cots.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: No internet access available.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
