The establishment has a communal area with swimming pools (one for adults and the other for children) with access to the bar-cafeteria, an self-service laundry and private parking facility. There is also a social lounge with television and a small library.

The apartments have one or 2 bedrooms and sleep between 2 and 6 people. The rooms are equipped with single beds, a trundle bed for 2 people in the lounge and a fully-equipped bathroom and kitchen. A cleaning service, a bed linen change and 2 towel changes per week are included in the price. Electricity consumption up to 50 kw per week is also included.

Levante beach is easily accessible from the apartments, situated only 100 metres away. The beach itself boasts a magnificent promenade with a large choice of cafeterias and restaurants. There are lively nightlife spots on offer nearby. There is a bus stop a short distance from the apartments, from which you can get to Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica and Terra Natura theme parks.

When you enter the apartments you must put down a deposit of EUR 100. This deposit acts as cover against any damage. The deposit is returnable on the day of departure, once all has been checked and confirmed as being in order.

The reception opening hours are 9:30 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00. The caretaker is on duty from 19:00 to 02:00.

Cancellation Policy: Please note, if cancelled, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 6.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 8.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed. No extra charges.
