   The family-run Horizont hotel is situated 600 metres from the beach, right in front of the Botanical gardens in the town of Balchik. It offers a 20-seat restaurant and 6 bedrooms. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
