Location of hotel is closer Nanki Shirahama airport.It's for 5 minutes by taxi.And driving for 150 min from Kansai international airport,210min from Osaka via Hanwa expressway.By train from Hansin area,get off at Shirahama Onsen station on JR Kise-line.And bus to Shirahama Onsen,get off at Shinyuzaki bus stop.Taxi for 5 minutes.There are free shuttle bus services available from Shinyuzaki bus stop to hotel.Please call a detail about free shutlle bus.

We have 3 types room,Japanese-style,twin and Japanese-style & twin mixed rooms.And you can do the choice of room from viewing a mountain or viewing a sea.

Two restaurants are available in hotel.Japanese restaurant"Buon Pesce" and Western and Teppan-yaki restaurant"Las Palmas".
You can meet your appetite to choose them.

You can enjoy playing some sports during your stay.Golf course is next place,and marine sports in Shirahama beach for a couple minutes by a car from hotel.And also there is tennis court in our hotel area.

There are Kumano-kodo as World caltural heritage,it is consist of three shrines,two temples and Nachi Fall famousely.You can drive to all for approx 2 hours from hotel.And we recommend Kushimoto Ocean park driving for a hour.You can enjoy some attraction in there.

The guests need a notice for dinner in our restaurants during your stay until noon on that day if you want.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 17:00 on the date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
