At the Übergossene Alm you will find your very own personal retreat in which you can completely unwind after a day spent keeping fit, walking, participating in winter sports or enjoying our well-being programme.

All of the homely rooms have one thing in common; they are designed, right down to the smallest detail, for your complete comfort, as you will find in all seasons, whether you are on the balcony enjoying the inspiring mountainous panorama in summer, or warming up by the tiled stove in winter. The rooms are lovingly furnished in typical Salzburg style and you will feel right at home in them.

During your stay you can enjoy regional delicacies, including young Pinzgau beef, Tauern lamb and freshly-caught fish from the rivers of Salzburg, accompanied with local mushrooms or berries. Each day, the chef delights with original dishes, from hearty traditional cooking to imaginative international cuisine, revitalising wholefoods and vegetarian meals.

Your are certain to enjoy every aspect of your stay at the Übergossene Alm. In winter, the greatest attraction is the Hochkönig Winter World ski area, which awaits you literally just outside the front door. During the summer months, the Übergossene Alm is the ideal accommodation to enjoy countless peaks and alpine meadows. Walking trails invite you to experience the world of Mount Hochkönig in summer.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 250.00 will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, the first three nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 2 to 3 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 4 to 10 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 11 to 14 years are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 85 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 250 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 7.00 per 24 hours.

Meal Plan: Half board is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
