Directions from Newark International Airport Take NJ Turnpike (Eastern Spur) North to Exit 16E. Pay toll and keep left toward Secaucus and Route 3. Take service road straight through first traffic light onto Harmon Meadow Boulevard. Follow road to end and make left onto Mill Creek Drive. At the next stop sign (which is a 4 way intersection), make a left onto Lighting Way. Hotel will be on the right. Transportation to Manhattan There is a public bus service right at the front door of the hotel, bus line 320 of New Jersey Transit. La Quinta is the first stop for this bus so the bus is always empty there and takes guests to New York City in about 25 minutes. It is an easy comfortable ride for only about USD 7 roundtrip. Buses run up to late at night with the last bus leaving Manhattan at 1 AM. The relevant stop for La Quinta is called Millcreek.
