Our house offers the perfect combination of relaxation and sports activities - in our sauna area or in our gym, in the garden, at the guided walks and bike tours and, of course, at skiing and snowboarding.

As of summer 2008 we are a partner business with the following ventures:
- Zillertal Nature Reserve - free guided walks for our house guests, free entry to the Nature Reserve Exhibition in Ginzling; backpacks, hiking or Nordic walking sticks to hire free of charge, drink bottles, wide choice of topical reading matter, hiking maps and daily weather forecast at our house.

- Cycle and bike hotel - free use of our cycle room, drying room for your sportswear, cycle wash facility with repair kit, info corner with topical reading matter, daily weather forecast, maps and guided tours with trained bike guides (small charge made for contribution towards expenses).

- “Moahof-Card“ - provides you with a range of discounts in various shops in Mayrhofen, including the Rieser-Malzer Institute of Beauty, which offers a wide range of cosmetic and massage treatments, as well as discounted prices at many day trip destinations.

Our apartments are very comfortably furnished, with great attention being paid to detail, resulting in an incredibly homelike atmosphere. We have provided high-quality mattresses in every apartment for additional comfort.

The kitchens are equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all the untensils needed while on holiday.

Additional services are daily rubbish removal and twice weekly cleaning of the apartment. Daily towel change on request.

Our in-house supermarket provides for quick and convenient shopping. You can also fill out the shopping list that can be found in every apartment, and we will do your shopping for you. A huge choice of restaurants, bars, cafés and shops is available in the immediate vicinity.

Enjoy your holiday without having to use the car. Mayrhofen's cable cars are only a 1-minute walk away, and various bus stops are situated right outside our front door. The adventure swimming pool, the ice skating rink, tennis courts, a mini golf course and the Scheulingwald Nature Reserve are all easily accessible on foot in only a few minutes.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 3 to 5 years are charged EUR 10.50 per night and person for extra beds.
One child from 6 to 12 years is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 21.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 200 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
EUR 55.00 service charge per stay is not included.
EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 2.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
