Apartments located in the City of Arts and Sciences are ideal for visiting this new and exciting development. You can also stroll along the old path of the River Turia, which has been converted into tranquil gardens and an attractive recreational park. Apartments located in San Vicente are only a few minutes’ drive from the vibrant city centre.
All guests must check-in at 22 Calle Menorca. Directions will then be given to access the apartments. A breakage deposit of EUR 200 per apartment is required at check-in (cheques not accepted; credit card only for San Vicente apartments). This deposit will be returned once the condition of the apartment has been checked.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: No internet access available.
