These new apartments are centrally situated within 3.5 km of the old town and Poznan Cathedral yet in a peaceful green area amidst a beautiful park by a lake.

Set in tranquil surroundings, these refined apartments are of an artistic style with a fashionable and artistic contemporary interior that creates a unique atmosphere. You will find excellent recreational and walking areas as well as an all-year-round ski centre, regatta course and a zoological garden which can be reached by the Maltanka narrow gauge railway.

The apartments are situated a 2-minute walk from the bowling (open from June), sauna, hairdresser’s, fitness centre, spa and restaurants. With comfortable accommodation and good amenities, the hotel is a relaxing haven after a hard day’s work or a long day visiting Poznań.

As the apartments do not have a 24-hour reception, please inform Poznan about your approximate time of arrival in advance.

Apartments Poznan reserve the right to pre-authorize your credit card for the first night before the arrival. The amount pre-authorized on the credit card is a security measure. At the time of the pre-authorization the funds are not charged to the credit card but are blocked.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
