Garden of Eden is a new development right on the beach. Facing south, you enjoy lots of sun and stunning sea views over the bay towards the beautiful medieval peninsula of Nessebar, a UNESCO world heritage site. At night you can see the lights of Sunny Beach (5 km away) gleaming in the south west. Thanks to the favourable geographical position, this area enjoys very pure air. Vlas is an attractive village benefiting from substantial infrastructural improvements and development projects.

Utilising both local wood and stone, Garden of Eden blends modern design with the beauty of traditional building amidst beautifully landscaped surroundings. Enjoy 6 outdoor pools, a Roman-style pool, an indoor pool and a cascading stream through the village. Shops including a supermarket and a medical service are provided on site.

Thanks to the natural gradient of the site, a high proportion of the apartments, reachable via footpaths and bridges over the stream, boast sea views. Motor vehicles can be parked in the underground car park and have no access to the village area, which is reserved for pedestrians and electric buggies.

A marina pier, where small craft can be moored, enhances the exclusivity of the resort.

The main Paradiso restaurant of this 5-star hotel offers traditional Bulgarian and European cuisine. Buffet breakfast and dinner is served here.

Guests can also enjoy delicious food in the Italian restaurant named Alberto do Vita, located by the Roman pool. There is also an exclusive pier-side fish restaurant boasting a terrace over the water and serving freshly-caught local fish and other specialities.

Noah's piano bar, a beach bar and the Wet bar are also at your disposal.

St. Vlas village has about 3,000 inhabitants and is situated just 4 km to the north of the Sunny Beach resort and 9 km away from the town of Nessebar. Located on the foothills of the Stara Planina, mountain it offers a beautiful combination of sea and mountain climate, which is particularly favourable for people with respiratory problems. At the eastern end of the village's coastline there is a small port used by local fishermen.

There are a number of pubs and restaurants. Visitors can take advantage of various tourist facilities of the Sunny Beach resort (5 minutes by car), including outdoor dining terraces. There is a regular bus service from Nessebar and Bourgas to St. Vlas as well as plenty of private minibuses, route and ordinary taxis. You can also use the boat service to and from Nessebar and Bourgas to Sunny Beach.

The complex is about 20 minutes' drive from Bourgas airport and about 90 minutes from Varna airport.

The capital of Sofia is about 5 hours' drive away. Bourgas is served by a large number of charter flights during summer.

The Garden of Eden Holiday Village is a car-free site. Guests must leave their cars at the on-site underground car park and use electric buggies to move along in the village.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.50 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
