Nottingham has an excellent range of bars and restaurants all within a short walk of the apartments. The city centre also has several supermarkets and fresh food markets within walking distance of the apartments if you wish to cook at home.

There are plenty of things to see and do within Nottingham and Nottinghamshire:

The award-winning Galleries of Justice and City of Caves offer a unique insight into the city’s past, whilst Nottingham Castle offers a glimpse at the part the county has played in the culture and history of the UK, from its associations with the legend of Robin Hood to the start of the Civil War. Further afield, explore Creswell Crags and the fascinating story of life during the last Ice Age between 50,000 and 10,000 years ago. And head to north Notts to discover the origins of the Pilgrim Fathers through the Mayflower Trail.

Retail addicts are spoilt for choice, from wandering the market towns to seeking antiques in speciality shops throughout the county. The city itself features all the big names you would expect, alongside individual boutiques and exclusive designers.

The sporting facilities are second-to-none and include the nationally recognised Nottingham Racecourse, The National Watersports Centre, Nottingham Tennis Centre and National Ice Centre, as well as football at Nottingham Forest & Notts County or cricket at historic Trent Bridge (where the 20/20 World Cup will be played).

All of this lies on the doorstep of some of Britain’s most stunning countryside, from the woodlands of Sherwood Forest and the magnificent country houses and parks of the Dukeries to the rolling hills of the Vale of Belvoir.

The apartments are also situated in close proximity to: Nottingham University; East Midlands Conference centre; Nottingham Tennis Centre; Albert Hall and Theatre Royal; Nottingham Castle; Old Market Square; National Ice Arena and Donington Park.

Nottingham is conveniently situated in the heart of the UK, with excellent air, rail and road links. The proximity of the M1, A1, A52 and A46 means the county is easily accessible by car. While speedy rail links run from Nottingham to much of the UK.

It is served by 2 airports: East Midlands Airport Nottingham and Robin Hood Doncaster Airport.

Payment Information:
Payment by cash, cheque and bank transfer is accepted. You will be required to pay the full balance of your stay no later than 4 weeks prior to your arrival. If arrival is within 4 weeks then full payment will be required for confirmed bookings.

Deposit Information:
The GBP 100 deposit secures your accommodation, and covers key/car park-pass loss.

Urban offers privately-owned apartments for a minimum stay of 5 nights. If your requirement is shorter than this, the 5-day minimum will still be charged.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of GBP 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
