   This renowned modernist building is on the beachfront and only a short distance from the old town of Tossa de Mar.This is a charming establishment that enjoys an ideal location for a tranquil stay. Many of the typical original architectural elements have been preserved, such as the stained-glass windows and the chimney. The tranquil rooms enjoy excellent views of the sea or the old town. This renowned building has been protected by the Tossa de Mar Town Council. It exhibits a modernist style and was built in 1906 by the architect Antoni de Falguera i Sivilla, a disciple and collaborator in projects with Antoni Gaudí. Photos:
All of the rooms are exterior facing; some enjoy views of the sea (with or without a terrace) and others of the plaza (with balcony). The suite us a duplex style room situated on the top floor and is complemented by three terraces with magnificent views.

Tossa de Mar is one of the towns that has conserved the most important medieval wall in the Costa Brava. A walk through the old town “Vila Vella” to the lighthouse is highly recommended. The old town has been declared a National Historical Artistic Monument. Alternatively, you can go trekking along some of the well-signposted routes of low to medium difficulty, leading to Tossa con Lloret.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
