The reception is open from 6:30 to 11:00am and 5:00pm to 9:00pm on weekdays, and from 7:00 to 11:00am and 5:00pm to 9:00pm on weekends and public holidays.
If you plan on arriving outside the opening hours, please contact the hotel directly. The telephone number is indicated on the confirmation of reservation.

For every reservation of more than 10 rooms, guests will be charged a deposit of 50 % percent of the total amount. If not, the hotel will cancel the reservation.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 0.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 4.80 per person.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed. No extra charges.
