The reception is open from 06:30 until 22:00 from Monday to Thursday, from 06:30 until 20:30 on Fridays, from 08:00 until 12:00 and from 17:30 until 20:30 on Saturdays and from 08:30 until 12:00 and from 18:00 until 20:30 on Sundays.

If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the hotel.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
