The reception is open from

- 07:00 to 20:00 - Monday to Friday
- 08:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to20:00 - Saturdays
- 08:00 to 12:00 - Sundays and bank holidays.

In August and from 19 December until 06 January, the reception is open from 08:00 until 19:00 from Monday to Saturday and from 08:00 until 12:00 on Sundays and bank holidays.

Please contact the hotel if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
