By car:

- Following the N3 in the direction of Durban, take the left N2 turn-off
(signs directing you to North Coast).
- Continue on the N2 northwards until you reach the turn-off to
Umhlanga.
- At the top of the slip road turn right onto the M41.
- Pass the freeway and continue straight ahead on the middle lane.
- Take the second slip road to your left, signposted Umhlanga (Sharks
Board).
- Turn left and continue on the Umhlanga Rocks Drive until you reach
the roundabout (past Umhlanga Hospital).
- Take the third exit and continue downhill until you reach the first set of
traffic lights (opposite Umhlanga Manors Development).
- Turn left onto Westridge and continue on this road until you reach a
junction with Hilken Drive to your right.
- Turn right onto Hilken Drive, the guest house in on your left-hand side.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child or adult is charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
