Bed and bathroom linen can be provided at an additional cost. Bed linen set includes sheets and pillowcase, bathroom linen set includes terry towel and bath sheets.

End of stay cleaning and TV are not included in the room rate. Guests must either choose the end of stay cleaning service (on request and at an additional cost) or clean the apartment before leaving.

Please note that a EUR 300 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at the time of check out after room inventory has been checked.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

One child under 2 years is charged EUR 25.00 per stay in a baby cot.
