All our 28 2 star rooms, have shower bath and wc, telephone and TV.

Most of our rooms overlook very quiet inside court yards or rue Richebourg, a little quiet street at the backside of the hotel. With a nice view on the Lycée Clémenceau Chapel.

Rooms can be reached by elevator.

All rooms are decorated with water colors showing the old nantes.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 7.00 per person.

Parking: Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 10.10 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
