By Car:
- From Johannesburg (N3 motorway), follow the Durban signs until you get to the spaghetti junction (North and South split).
- The split is just past the Pavilion Shopping Centre, which will be on your right-hand side.
- Keep in your left lane and take the North (Stanger N2 motorway).
- Take the first off ramp off the N2 motorway, which is Umgeni Road.
- Once you have taken the Umgeni Road off-ramp, keep to the right lane and turn right at the first set of traffic lights.
- Continue on Umgeni Road and you will pass 5 sets of traffic lights (you will pass the Makro on your right and CTM / Hirch's shopping centre on your left).
- After the 5th set of traffic lights, keep to the extreme left and take the next off-ramp which reads Durban North (please note that this is a small sign, so you might miss it if you are not in the left-hand lane. The turn is just after the last traffic light and just before a bridge).
- Keep in your left lane and take the first left turn, which reads Riverside Road.
- After the left turn, turn right at the set of traffic lights into Riverside Road (you will pass the Bird Park on your left-hand side).
- Turn left at the next set of traffic lights, which is Browns Drift Road.
- Take your first left turn off Browns Drift Road into Hunters Way (there is a small shopping centre on the corner of Browns Drift Road and Hunters Way).
- Continue to drive up the little hill and shortly thereafter, you will find us on your right-hand side at 62 Hunters Way.

- From Durban Beaches / Suncoast Casino, take the M4 northbound motorway.
- Take the Riverside off-ramp and keep to the left.
- At the yield sign, take the slip lane to the left (the Umgeni River will be on your left-hand side).
- Turn right at your first set of traffic lights into Browns Drift Road.
- Take your first left turn off Browns Drift Road into Hunters Way (there is a small shopping centre on the corner of Browns Drift and Hunters Way).
- Continue to drive up the little hill and shortly thereafter, you will find us on your right-hand side at 62 Hunters Way.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 12 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One child from 3 to 11 years is charged ZAR 150.00 per night when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
1.00 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
