Pestana Convento do Carmo has been pointed as one of the best new hotels in the world by the US magazine Travel + Leisure. The restoration of this important Convent of the Carmelitas, built in 1586, is related to a revival project of the historical centre of Pelourinho and Salvador. Photos:

Located in the picturesque district of Pelourinho, close to the Historic Centre, to Bay of All Saints and main tourist points of Salvador, near restaurants, theatres and commercial centres.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
