The resort is ideally located in green peaceful surroundings between Kata and Karon Beach (400 to 500 metres from the beach). It is also close to Kata Shopping Centre, 10 minutes by car to Patong Beach, 20 minutes to Phuket Town and 45 minutes to Phuket Airport. Photos:

Please note that the room rate on 24 December 2008 and 31 December 2008 is inclusive of compulsory Gala Dinner for 2 adults (Pool Villa two bed room for 4 adults). For an extra adult or child, guests pay direct to the hotel. 24 December 2008: Adult 3000 THB net, child 1500 THB net. 31 December 2008: Adult 3500 THB net, child 1750 THB net.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged THB 1000.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
