Elite Stora Hotellet
   This elegant hotel is located in one of Jönköpings most beautiful buildings, situated magnificently on the west side of Lake Vättern. The city´s own main thoroughfare passes by the corner of the hotel, which is close to both shopping and nightlife. At the opening in 1860 this was one of the largest hotels in Sweden. Today it is one of the oldest, carefully renovated with many of the original details still intact as The Hall of Mirrors - one of the most beautiful banquet halls in Scandinavia. Our restaurant Trôttoaren and the pub, The Bishop's Arms, are popular meeting places. The hotel’s modern conference rooms are all equipped with technological equipment. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child from 2 to 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed. All further children under 2 years are charged SEK 100.00 per night and person for cots. All further children from 2 to 18 years are charged SEK 200.00 per night and person for extra beds.
