Note that the hotel charges 50 percent of the total price in advance. Right after your reservation, the hotel shall debit this amount from your Visa card or contact you to give details for a bank deposit you should make.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged BRL 27.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
