By Plane:
We provide complimentary 24-hour transfer to and from the airport terminals. Please include your expected arrival and departure times when booking.

Guests arriving at the domestic terminal can board the shuttle directly outside the arrivals hall.

Guests arriving at the international terminal can board the shuttle outside door 8.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 2 to 12 years are charged NZD 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged NZD 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
