Acacia Guest House has 10 modern, well laid out bedrooms. There are 2 rooms on the ground floor. Eight of the bedrooms have an en suite bathroom and 2 have a washbasin in the room but share the same bathroom. All rooms have double glazed windows and towels.

A delicious, hearty English breakfast is freshly cooked with local free-range eggs and locally made sausages. A vegetarian cooked breakfast is available, made with vegetarian sausages, tomatoes, free-range eggs and baked beans. A vegan breakfast can be cooked, with notice. There is also a selection of cereals, toast with preserves, orange juice, tea and coffee.

Stansted Airport is 22 miles from the guest house and is easy to get to via the M11, which is about a 25-minute drive away.

By Car
From the M11 Northbound:
- Exit at junction 11 onto the roundabout above the M11.
- Take the 3rd exit off this roundabout signposted to Cambridge/A1309.
- Follow the road through Trumpington village.
- At the 8th set of traffic lights, turn right into Long Road signposted to hospital, airport and A1134.
- Head straight across the traffic lights at the bottom of Long Road into Queen Edith’s Way.
- Take the first exit off the first roundabout you come to. This is Mowbray Road. We are the last house on the right

From North or West (A14) Eastbound:
- Exit the A1 at Alconbury on the A14 towards Cambridge – the A14 merges into the M11 southbound.
- Follow the M11 to Junction 11. Exit Junction 11 onto the roundabout above the M11.
- Take the 1st exit off this roundabout signposted Cambridge A1309
- Then as the M11 Northbound directions.

From the A14 Westbound:
- Take the exit off the A14 signposted Cambridge and Burwell
- Take the 1st exit (A1303) off the roundabout above the A14.
- Carry straight along this road, straight over the 1st roundabout.
- At the next roundabout (McDonald's) take the first exit onto the A1134.
- Drive straight over the 1st roundabout (Sainsbury's on left).
- Then drive straight over the 2nd and 3rd roundabouts.
- This is Mowbray Road. We are the first house on the left.

Payment Information:
All credit card payments have a surcharge of 3.5%.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children or adults stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
