Welcome to the heart of it all! The Imperial Hotel and Suites is conveniently located in the core of Niagara's tourist district. With the help of our On-Site Tour Coordinator, you can visit these places: Niagara-on-the-lake, Wineries, Welland Canal Locks, Historical Buildings and much more. Within a quick walking distance, or just a short drive you're able to visit all the attractions.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged CAD 15.00 per night when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 13 % Tax is not included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs CAD 5.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
